Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement applies when you use Monito and personal data (as defined by GDPR or equivalent laws) is processed on your behalf.

Roles. You are the data controller for the data you provide (e.g. email, monitor URLs, alert settings). Monito acts as data processor for that data when providing the service.

Processing. We process data only to provide status pages, monitoring, alerts, and billing. We do not use it for advertising or sell it. Subprocessors (e.g. Stripe, Resend, hosting) are used in accordance with their own DPAs and our instructions.

Security and retention. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data is retained as long as your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes after deletion.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data by contacting us. We will assist with controller obligations and regulatory requests where required.
